Seeking a leafy, private abode for me and my cat

Hi! I’m Nic, 39f, currently living in east London. I’m looking for a private, leafy residence with a yard for my sweet old cat. I would prefer all females of possible, or lgbtqia+ roommates.

I’m a fintech specialist who works from home and the office.

I’m tidy, enjoy keeping things organised, and operate with consideration, which my former flatmates would be happy to confirm. I’m able to communicate well and I’m flexible/respectful when it comes to everyone’s lifestyles.

I’m pretty quiet and independent, and require ample time to recharge on my since I’m usually pretty busy with my career, exercising and hanging out with friends.

I love being outdoors and hiking, but I also love a good lie in. I am a hobby gardener and forager, but my interests are varied and never ending! Everything from K-pop and baking to video games and crafts.

I’m always looking after my cat, who is 19f and in great health. She’s a spry one! She’s very friendly but prefers to be the only cat in the house, unless by some miracle you have a cat/dog she likes. She’s very easy to care for and loves watching squirrels in the garden. She will happily nestle in your lap.
