I lived in London all my adult life and having sold a family property (so solvent), I'm looking for somewhere in Lancing /Shoreham or surrounding areas as I have lived here since June last year. Young at heart, mature gent, former London Tour Guide and Professional Musician. I'm an outdoors type who is a keen cyclist and motorcyclist. Older but young at heart and certainly, outgoing and sociable but very mindful of other people's need for privacy and space. I like to cook but will leave kitchen clean and tidy immediately afterwards. I would like to find somewhere where I can remain for sometime,
