Looking for a Long-Term Home in Southside

Hi, I'm Georgios, 28, originally Cypriot/Lebanese, and I work in Sustainability in Glasgow city centre.

I currently rent a flat in the city centre but I'm looking to move to the Southside because I'd like to be closer to green spaces and enjoy more of a neighbourhood feel. I'm not in a rush to move, so I'm looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like a good fit rather than just somewhere to stay.

I'm very tidy, organised and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy my own downtime in the evenings and really value a calm, relaxed home environment (definitely not a party flat!), but I'm also friendly and always happy to share a meal, coffee or chat with flatmates.

Outside work I enjoy cooking (I'm a big home cook), going to the gym, hiking, travelling and watching football. I also grew up in a household that regularly fostered dogs and cats, so I'm very comfortable living with pets.

I work regular office hours on a hybrid schedule, so I'm usually in the office 1-2 days a week and work from home the rest. I'm reliable, respectful and easy to live with, and I believe good communication and keeping shared spaces clean makes for the best house shares.

I'm hoping to find a place where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing but also enjoys living together, rather than just sharing a roof.
