Looking for a Room & to Buddy Up!

i currently live at home with my parents in Essex and i work in HR on a hybrid basis, commuting to my office in Mayfair 2-3 days a week.

i’m now looking to move into London for a much shorter commute to work. as well as to form a homeley space and social circle with likeminded professionals. Open to short term or long term let.

i’m a social bee, love exploring london and new neighbourhoods, pubs, bars, restaurants, picnics, parks, greenery, cooking, chilling at home, ect ect.

my budget is £1k a month including bills. My areas of preference are:

- Clapham
- East Dulwich
- Camberwell
- Highbury/Islington
- West Hampsted
- St John's Wood
- Clerkenwell

Ideally with an en-suite but not a deal breaker, double bed, spacious bathroom and good commutes to the West End. I also need a desk in the bedroom for when I work from home.
