Wanting to rent a room or buddy up with someone to rent in Sheffield

I have a 10 year old male, indoor cat, who is fully trained.

I’m a pretty relaxed and clean individual, who keeps to themselves. I would like to buddy up with someone who is able to respect each other’s privacy, but also feel comfortable enough for a cuppa and chat!

My current landlady is selling the house, agreed to leave by November. If I do find somewhere before that, happy to move sooner.
