35M Prof 👀 for a Room - East London Preferred

Hi!

I’m Chris, originally from Greece. I’m a paediatrician currently living and working in London. I’m looking for a room in a friendly, clean and welcoming flat, ideally with 3–4 people in total. I really like East London and its vibe, so I’d love to stay in the area. I need to move out of my current flat as my landlord is selling the property.

I’m easy-going, clean, tidy, respectful and responsible. I enjoy getting to know people and spending time with my flatmates, but I also appreciate having some time to myself and a cosy place to unwind. LGBTQ environment is preferred.

In my free time, I enjoy hot yoga, reformer Pilates, walking and travelling. I also love spending time in parks, listening to the sounds of nature, watching the sky, and generally enjoying the little things London has to offer. I’d also be happy to explore bouldering and hiking.

Ideally, I’m looking for a fully furnished room, preferably a double, in a clean and well-maintained flat with good transport links. I particularly love the Bethnal Green area, especially for the canal and parks, so that would be my preference. However, I’d also consider surrounding areas depending on what the flat has to offer.

I’m ideally looking in the £1,000-1,100 range, but I could consider something slightly higher for the right room and flat, depending on what’s included and what the property has to offer.

If you think I might be a good fit for your flat, I’d be happy to have a quick video call first, which might save us both some time and energy. If we both feel it could be a good fit, we could then arrange an in-person viewing. 😊
