Private en-suite room required to rent under £450

I need an en suite clean room near Guru Arjan Dev Gurudwara, Derby postcode is DE23 6QJ (10-12 minutes walk is good enough).. by 27th, 28th or 29th October whenever available

About me: 29 year old self employed Boy, non-smoker, never drink
My annual average net income is 6-7 times more than the annual rent of an ensuite in Derby

I don't have any guarantor but I can get a letter of recommendation from my last landlord and agency. I have stayed in Derby for 4 months (from Dec 2024 to April 2024) & 6 months (from October 2025 to April 2026). I can show the statements of rent paid on time to my agency. I enjoy winters there.
Currently I am out of England and coming back on 28th October.

A few points/ quick questions about the property that I will like to be answered beforehand whenever you text me so that I can plan accordingly:

I will prefer ensuite over off suite (No sharing at all)

I want u to mention What is the exact price? How much exactly do I need to pay? No hidden charges

Utilities included in kitchen ? Like utensils, knives, electric kettle etc, so that I can skip mine

What's included in the bedroom? Like bedsheet.. pillow. Pillow cover.. or any blanket? something there?

Do you have any long video or just shorts?

Is the heat working appropriately, because I feel very cold there? Especially the hot water as I can't live without drinking hot water
