I’m 38 years old, originally from Ukraine, and currently looking for a long-term place to rent.

I’m specifically looking for a quiet and friendly household. I’m a calm, respectful and clean person, non-smoker, and I value peaceful shared living and good communication with housemates.

I currently live in supported accommodation and can provide positive references from my current place if required. I also occasionally do gardening and outdoor work.

I currently receive Universal Credit and I have a guarantor with stable annual income (£75,000).

I am ready to pay the deposit and advance payment and move in as soon as possible.
