Moving in London

I'm 26 and have been living in London for a couple of years now — originally from Australia, and lived in the Netherlands before making the move here. I'm moving because my current landlords are selling up.
I work in a hybrid role (three days in the office, two from home), so I'm around during the day a fair bit mid-week.
At home I love having a sociable living space — cooking dinner together, catching up over a cuppa, watching TV or playing board games. I'm not a big partier but I do enjoy having friends over for dinner occasionally. Outside the flat I play tag rugby and read a lot.
I'm looking for somewhere with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where people spend time together at home but still live their own lives.
