Mature kiwi seeking double room - South Manchester

Hello, I am a New Zealand - UK dual citizen who has been living in Manchester since February 2026.

Unfortunately I am needing to find new place to call home as my current household has had a change in sitauation and I need to move out to Manchester by end of July (negotiable earlier). I am looking for with like-minded individuals in a mature houseshare or with another couple.

I am typically very active, with cycling and running taking up a large amount of my downtime. *Having somewhere for my bikes is very important*

I have lived in shared accommodation with 4-6 people (both M/F) since I was 18 and am clean and tidy, and enjoy being social within a houseshare whilst still maintaining my own time and space.

Please note: I have a good set of friends and community now set up and based in Chorlton, so I am looking to remain in the area! Rent cost may be negotiable if the everything is suitable.
