I’m looking for a max 5 bedroom accommodation within the DH1 postcode (ideally under 40mins walk from the TLC and before Sainsburys local Gilesgate) for a max of £180 per week (w/o bills) & £195 per week (incl. bills).
I intend to move by 1st July as I'm staying for the summer. I'm ok with short term leases over this period.
