Polite male cleaner.

I am looking for a single or double room, and a flat with parking not too far away.
I can get on well with most people, I respect others space and privacy, and have a quirky sense of humour.
I am a singer, but I don't need to practice at home.
I play the electric guitar, but I'm fine with using headphones so as not to disturb others.
I clean up behind myself, I always keep communal areas tidy, and I make an effort to be clean in my person.
