I am starting my post-graduate course in September so I am looking for a room to rent on the budget around £400 -£500 per calendar month and inclusive of all bills and council tax. It can be single or double bedroom. Ideally would prefer furnished. Ideal location is 15 minutes walk to Leeds Arts University.
Housemates must be without pets and non smokers. I am studying MA Illustration so creative housemates going to Leeds Arts University aswell would be a bonus.
