Pet-lover looking for a room
Experienced, quiet, clean, non-smoking middle-aged EFL teacher looking for a budget-friendly room in a shared flat/house with no more than 1 other similar tenant (hopefully only the landlord?). Definitely not keen on sharing with couples, families or crowds of any sort (no house-shares).
Best if a self-contained en-suite studio but obviously not a deal-breaker if budget-friendly.
Basically, I'm keen on helping you pay off your mortgage for a place you barely spend time in, sensibly manning it while you're at work.
Love pets and will inevitably bond with your dog or cat (have done it several times!) but not your reptile... :O Happy to pet-sit for the right room rate and place.
