Trying to find 2 rooms.

Hello,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m looking for a place to stay and wanted to enquire about the two rooms. My mother and sister would like one room and I’d like the other.
A bit about us: I’m doing a software engineering placement at Eli Lilly. My mother works as a nurse at Northwick Park Hospital and my sister is a school student.
If the rooms are still available, I’d appreciate it if we could agree on a visit date.
