Quiet single retired professional man seeks bedroom with access to bathroom & kitchen, in Penzance (my place of birth) or a nearby village.
I am physically & mentally in excellent health and am a very active person. Clean, tidy & organised; I am appreciative and adaptive, serious but very friendly and easy to "get along with". I am a retired civil servant and lecturer; I am well-travelled and long-divorced. I spend much of my time writing and reading; I also enjoy walking and doing gardening. I like interesting conversation with new friends. I seek opportunities for unpaid regular charitable/social work and perhaps even giving unpaid teaching/private tuition.
My rent budget depends partly on the house location & the size of my room.
