Hi, we’re a professional couple working in data/tech roles in central London, looking for a 1-bed flat (entire property) for long-term rent.
We usually commute ~2 days a week, so ideally looking for a place in a quiet, well-connected area. We both work hybrid and would need space for a small desk setup.
We’re clean, responsible, non-smokers, no pets, and take good care of the property. We enjoy cooking at home, so a decent kitchen is a big plus.
Preferences:
- 1 bed flat (no house share)
- Quiet and safe area
- Good transport links to central London
- Budget: £1500–£2000 (flexible depending on property)
We’re available for viewings on weekends or after 6pm on weekdays.
Happy to move in around mid-May (flexible).
