Professional seeking accommodation in cathays

I am looking for a clean, friendly and professional house share within walking distance of the city centre. Ideally, I am looking for an all bills included property with respectful and considerate housemates who enjoy socialising from time to time, while also appreciating each other’s privacy and quiet time.

My ideal room would have:

* An en suite bathroom (preferred, but not essential)
* A desk and chair for working
* Plenty of storage space

I am looking to move in between 25 August and 1 September.

I am tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and I value keeping shared spaces clean and creating a comfortable home for everyone.
