PhD Student Looking for room near Newington

Hello there!

I'm from Wyoming (US) and am in my second year doing a PhD in Health in Social Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. I also work as a CrossFit coach and personal trainer at a gym in Prestonfield.

I would love to find a flat to stay in for longer term, as I plan to live here after the PhD as well.

Ideally looking to rent a room below £850 pcm around the Meadows, between Bruntsfield area and Newington. I'll be available to move from October 1st.

I like to spend most of my time outdoors climbing, hiking, or paddleboarding, working out, or catching up in coffee shops with friends. When relaxing, I love to cook for others, play piano, or read. Ideally, I would love to be part of a flat with cosy, sociable, but comfortable shared spaces. If you're interested, I'll be moving with a big ol' paddleboard as well that any roommates/friends can borrow :)
