Wanted double room or whole property to share

Hello my name is Louise, I am a professional lady with no dependents looking to rent a double or king sized room in a house share in a friendly, clean, non smoking environment.

Alternatively i'd like to hear from those who are looking to rent their whole property or who have 2 double bedrooms to rent in their home as a friend is also looking to move and we would share the cost so the budget would increase.

Can provide references and currently have flexibility with move in date, I look forward to hearing from you.
