One or two bedroom flat for couple

I and my best friend are looking to rent a one or two bedroom accommodation, ideally through a private landlord. We would prefer a central location in Inverness, however we drive, so it is negotiable. We both work in retail in the city centre, can both offer good references from previous landlord and employers. We have no pets and none of us smokes. We are both very friendly and respectful to the place we live in.
