Seeking room in queer friendly home

I’m a queer woman and a very young 46
(people generally think I’m early thirties!).
I work at a physio clinic in Crouch End and as a massage therapist and I will soon be training in counselling and coaching alongside my work.
Out of work, I see friends, go on dog walks, see my girlfriend, go to the community sauna, see art, music, go to the gym or the pub, make cocktails and appreciate wonderful coffee (I come with an excellent espresso machine!).
I’m vegetarian and pretty foodie so often trying out new restaurants.
In terms of home and housemates, I really appreciate living with people who know how to respect communal spaces and enjoy keeping a place nice for everyone.
I’m easygoing about whether I live with people who want to share the odd dinner and drinks or those who’d rather just have an evening natter in the kitchen. I’m easy as long as they’re kind, tidy, considerate and queer-friendly. And whilst I’m very sociable, I really enjoy living in a calm place so wouldn’t want be in a party house.
I have some furniture so ideally I’d like an unfurnished, spacious double bedroom but it’s not a deal breaker as I’m also used to putting things in storage.
An outdoor space would be wonderful too - being outdoors in summer is my happy place :)
