Looking for a home – no flatshares

FIRST CHOICE: A HOME WITH AN OWNER WHO SPENDS MUCH OF THEIR TIME AWAY

Do you own a lovely, spacious and comfortable home in London, but spend much of your time living elsewhere?

Perhaps you would prefer to have one respectful, trustworthy person living there and caring for your home rather than leaving it empty for extended periods. If so, I could be the person you’re looking for!

My name is Vincenza Faraco. I’m a 53-year-old Italian university professor looking for a place that truly feels like home.

I’m a peaceful, respectful and joyful person. I don’t have any pets. I take great care of the space I live in and would bring warmth and positive energy to your home. I value kindness and mutual respect, as well as privacy and independence.

Ideally, I would be the only tenant, without other lodgers or tenants sharing the property. I would be happy to find an arrangement that works well for both of us, respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

I would need a spacious double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and full access to the kitchen, dining area and living room. I would treat your home and belongings with the same care and respect as my own, so you can feel reassured while you’re away. A garden would be a lovely bonus.

SECOND OPTION: A SELF-CONTAINED STUDIO

Alternatively, I would consider a spacious, comfortable, self-contained studio flat for myself only. As I sometimes work from home on my computer, the studio would need enough space for me to work comfortably and do some exercise, as well as plenty of wardrobe and storage space for my belongings.

FOR EITHER OPTION

My budget is around £1,300 per month, including bills. A low deposit would be a great advantage.

I’m flexible about the area, but having a Tube station within a 10-minute walk is important to me.

I’m looking to move in from the beginning of December, with flexibility over the exact date, and I’m happy to discuss the length of the let.

I’m currently in Italy and would be happy to arrange a video call for a virtual viewing.
