Looking for a place Urgent

Hello, my name is Vincenza Faraco.

I’m a 53-year-old Italian university professor. I recently moved to London and I’m looking for a place that truly feels like home.

I’m a peaceful, respectful and joyful person, looking for a calm, comfortable and friendly environment. I appreciate a home where people respect each other’s privacy and independence while still being kind and considerate.

I’m urgently looking for either a large studio flat or a spacious double room with a private en-suite bathroom, for myself only, ideally for a long-term let.

If you have a room available, I’d need to have access to the shared living spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, living room and sofa. It would also be lovely if there were a garden.

As I sometimes work from home on my computer for a few hours and I also do my daily workout, I’d need enough space to comfortably do both, as well as plenty of wardrobe and storage space for my clothes and personal belongings.

My budget is up to £1,300 per month, including bills. A low deposit or no deposit would be a great advantage.

I’m flexible about the area, but having a Tube station within a 10-minute walk would be very important.
