I’m relocating to the Newport (NP10) area for a new professional role starting soon (1/6/26) and I’m looking for a comfortable double room to rent in a friendly, respectful house share.

A bit about me:

I’m a mature, easy-going and tidy professional
My work will likely be office-based most days (though still confirming exact patterns)
I have two young children who live elsewhere, I visit them every other weekend, so I won’t typically be around then
I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat, but I’m not looking for a party house, more a relaxed, balanced home environment

I’m open-minded and respectful of all walks of life, and I value a household where people are comfortable being themselves. I’ve listed my orientation as bi, but I’m not actively dating, so I’m not expecting to have visitors. I also occasionally enjoy expressing myself through crossdressing in social settings, always discreet, respectful and part of a positive, inclusive lifestyle.

What I’m looking for:

A clean, comfortable double room
A calm, friendly and respectful housemate dynamic
Open to both male and female sharers, or mixed households
Good access to NP10 would be ideal
