Female professional wanted to buddy-up

I’m Saya, a 31-year-old female professional working near Victoria Station. I mostly work in the office during the week and head to the gym or Pilates after work.

I’m looking to buddy up with 2 female professionals to find a 2-3 bed flat/house together in Clapham Junction, Finsbury Park, Manor House.

About me:
I’m social, tidy, and love making a place feel like home. I appreciate quiet downtime, but I’d love to find flatmates who want to be friends rather than just co-exist (always up for a glass of wine on the balcony or trying out local spots together!). I’m very proactive with household chores and fully respect personal boundaries.

What I’m looking for:
- Budget: £1,400 – £1,500/month maximum (including all bills).
- Room: Double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished with enough space) with an En-suite (7 days a week).
- Property: A modern build or recently refurbished flat with a shared living room & bright kitchen.

House Rules:
- No smoking and a no-shoes indoors.

- Clean & considerate living: no dishes left overnight, and leaving shared spaces ready for the next person or use as soon as you’re done (e. g. wiping down the kitchen counters after cooking, folding the throw on the sofa after TV time, etc.). Just basic mutual respect.

- Guests: A household where friends and family are welcome to visit or stay over occasionally.

- Move-in date: Flexible, ideally around November.
