Need a one bedroom (Buddy-up Possible)

I am a full-time support worker based in Sheffield, currently living in the S7 area. I am looking for a spare room to rent. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or keep any pets.

Because of my work schedule, I am away from home most of the day. When I am at home, it is usually just to sleep. After work, I often go to my brother’s place for dinner or tea, and on my days off I usually visit my family in another city. This means I spend very little time at home apart from sleeping.

I am a very clean and tidy person who values a well-maintained home and expects the same from my housemates. I always clean up after myself—whether it’s washing my dishes, wiping the table, or tidying my room. Before leaving for work, I make sure my space is clean and organised.

In my free time, I enjoy crypto and stock trading. Overall, I am a responsible and reliable tenant looking for a quiet and well-kept property.
