We have done viewings in the development & it’s really well connected, in a safe area, fully furnished, spacious and has a balcony☀️
We are looking for someone to take the largest room (without an en-suite) for £1125 exc. bills (bills approx £160)
We would like someone tidy and respctful, sociable and up for movie nights/dinners/drinks occasionally but also someone who has their own thing going on too!
