Three Friends Looking for Flatmate for W/Sw/Nw

We're a group of three friends, 24-28, looking for 1 organised female young professional looking to make new friends in a LGBTQ+ friendly houseshare. Emily and Jude have lived together just short of two years, Ryan and Emily are former colleagues, currently living together. We plan to stay in the new place for a full year and make it a home.

We're looking at around £1000 each PCM, looking at the following areas:

- Clapham Junction
- Kensal Rise, Kilburn

I love eating out and discovering new restaurants, pints with friends, visiting art galleries, going to the theatre, reading, and, of course, binging a good TV series! I'm looking for a girl to come and join me for Sex and the City sofa marathons, and so I'm not completely outnumbered by the boys.

(25) I'm Jude (blonde hair) and I'm a PhD Applied Linguistics student at Queen Mary University. I'm from Newcastle and moved to London 2 years ago, and I spend my spare time doing sports (trampoline, working out, running & walking), cooking, drinks and/or a party, sewing and crochet, and studying language and the French-speaking world. I am in Montreal conducting fieldwork until Sept 17th, so you will meet me virtually before we meet in person!

(28) I'm Ryan (dark hair) and I'm a Theatrical Marketing Executive at Paramount Pictures, in the office 5 days a week. I enjoy running and recently completed the Brighton Marathon. I also enjoy reading, photography, going to cafe's (WatchHouse is a No.1) and the odd bottle (or two) of Kylie Rosé in the garden. I'm originally from Surrey and recently moved to London to accommodate my work schedule.
