Clean and quiet student looking for a flat

Hi!

I’m Pearl, a 20-year-old student entering my 3rd year at the Royal Veterinary College.

I am looking for an, en-suite room from 28th September 2026 to 28th July 2027. My maximum budget is £900 pcm with all utility bills included. I would like to live ideally within 30 minutes of NW1 0TU, whether by walking, bus, or train.

I spend a most of my time either on campus, in my room, or out on placements. I am very quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I don't drink or smoke, and I much prefer a night in, practicing yoga, playing on my switch, or going to local cafés.
I’d love to find a peaceful, relaxed home with a few friendly and clean flatmates (ideally fellow students or young professional females).
