Seeking Flat Share in Heaton

Hi, I’m looking for a new flat share in Heaton or the surrounding area.

I don’t have many requirements when it comes to the flat; a double bed and a table for occasional work from home will do for me. I work at the university and usually commute to work on foot; therefore, I would love to be near Heaton Park or closer to the city centre, but it’s not an essential requirement.

I don’t do much at the flat as I travel a lot for my part-time job outside of university work, and I mostly work at the office. I don’t have any furniture but happy to find an unfurnished place if needed.
