Long Term Lease Needed End of Feb

Hiya, i'm looking to move from my current house in Brixton, due to a change in the lease.

I'm currently working in Covent garden as an EA . I've got a really good group of friends, I like going out and socialising but I'm not looking for a party house.

My week normally consists of work, 3 or 4 days in the office depending on the weather, gym, yoga, seeing friends, travelling, festivals, food is a big one, i'm outside quite a lot, very into plants and sorting out the garden. i normally cycle in and out of work so bike storage is useful. Happy to answer any questions. I'm pretty easy going so just looking for some nice people.
