We’re Jasica and Arpit, a couple in our 20s currently living in Cambridge, and we’re looking to relocate to London. Arpit has recently started a new job as a chef, while I work in Data at Stanley Black & Decker on a hybrid basis. Because of the nature of his work, he spends quite a lot of time at work, and we’re generally a very quiet, tidy and easy-going couple.

We haven’t decided on a flat yet, so we’d be completely open to looking for somewhere together and finding a place that works well for all of us. We’re ideally hoping to move in during the first or second week of August and would be looking to stay for at least 6 months or a year if possible.

We’re both friendly and enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal, watching movies, exchanging stories, planning some fun trips but we’re also very respectful of personal space and privacy. We’re non-smokers, have no pets but love them, and have previous experience living with live-in landlords. We’ve always had a great relationship with our previous landladies and are very clean, responsible and considerate tenants.
