I’m Suman, a Master’s student in International Project Management at York St John University (London campus), currently working full-time. I’m looking for an affordable room (single, box room, or converted living room) in a friendly flatshare.

A bit about me — I’m clean, respectful, quiet during weekdays, and usually out most of the day for work or study. I don’t smoke, and I like to keep things tidy. On weekends, I mostly rest, read, or hit the gym.

Ideally:

📍 Areas: Welling, Woolwich, Greenwich, Lewisham, Stratford, or nearby Zones 2–4

💷 Budget: up to £500/month (bills included if possible)

📅 Move-in: march 1

🛏️ Type: Single, small, or shared room — no problem

💡 Bonus: Wi-Fi and access to kitchen/laundry appreciated
