House share or double bedroom apartment needed

I am a 23-year-old male student currently looking for either a house share or a double room for myself and my 24-year-old friend. Our total budget is up to £1,200 per month.

I would like to be transparent that I have an unsatisfied CCJ of approximately £6,000. However, I receive £500 per month in financial support from my family, and I also earn approximately £1,000 per month from my part-time job. Together, this provides me with sufficient income to pay my share of the rent on time every month.
