I am seeking housing for clients in all areas in Kent.
I have multiple clients who do not have guarantors but can have rent paid directly by Universal Credit.
They are all seeking rooms in shared houses and or self contained properties.
Budgets range between £424 and £675 per month inclusive of bills.
Assured Periodic Tenancies only and EPC, Electric and Gas Certificates must be provided.
