Looking for Studio or Ensuite Double Room

I am a 30 year old postdoctoral researcher relocating to York to start a position at the University of York in October. I currently work as a Senior Research Officer at the University of Essex.

I am looking for a studio flat for myself, with a budget of around £950 per month including bills. Alternatively, I would also be happy to share a flat with one other person, ideally in a double ensuite bedroom. For this shared option, my budget is up to £800 per month with bills included.

In either case, I am looking for a place close to the University of York, local amenities, and transport links.

I am a clean, organised, and quiet professional who respects the property and enjoys a peaceful living environment. I am highly respectful of personal space and appreciate a calm home to wind down after work.
