Calm PhD student near Regent’s Park/ the Heath

Hi,

I’m a 25 y/o neuroscience PhD student at UCL.
I’m clean, tidy, friendly, and introverted.
I’m looking for a room in a flat close to Regent’s Park or the south side of Hampstead Heath, as I want to spend more time in nature :)

Ideally 12+ months stay, up to 1000 pcm including bills (though I could stretch a bit for the right place).
The room should ideally be medium to large, with enough space for a desk and an electric piano. I use headphones when I play, so noise won’t be an issue.
Stable Wi-Fi is important, as I work from home (quiet desk work)
My move-in date is flexible (e. g. from around 15 July onwards)

A bit more about me:

I studied physics in Paris and Italy before moving to London two years ago to start my PhD.
I speak Spanish, English, French, and some Italian.

I value my own space and respect others’ privacy, but I also enjoy spending time with flatmates, e. g. doing artsy things (I paint and draw), going to the park, or just having meals or cooking together. I’m vegan and I don’t drink or smoke, but of course I respect other people's lifestyles.
