Looking for flatmates / house share

Hi, I'm Elliot, 28, and I'm looking for either a room in an established house share or people to buddy up with. I'm ideally looking for gosforth, Heaton or jesmond areas. I'm not really looking to move until the new year but if something exceptional comes up I may change my mind

I work as a Civil Engineer managing major infrastructure projects across the north east, so I'm normally out the house from 7-6 Monday to Friday and need to stay somewhere where getting an early night during the week is respected i. e no parties during the week

I'm a sociable and considerate guy, and looking for housemates that are the same and up for doing fun stuff on evenings and weekends. I enjoy playing & watching football, going for pints, coffee and good scran (I've got a list) and spend a lot of time outdoors on weekends

Perks of having me as a housemate:
- I am tall so if we go food shopping together, I can reach items on the top shelf 😎
- I drive a pick up truck so no amount of shopping is too much
- I sometimes cook nice food - you would be able to eat some

Cons of having me as a housemate:
- From time to time I've been known to play my music obnoxiously loud and then proceed to sing badly to it when I take my evening shower
- I play football 2-3x per week so you will find small black pellets of astro turf dotted around the house occasionally, no matter how hard I shake my boots out or rub myself down after the match
