Looking for lodgings

I’m looking for a regular weekend arrangement in the Lincoln–Newark area. Specifically, I need a room from Friday evening through to Monday morning each week.

Because this would be a long-term booking, and the room would only be occupied three nights per week, I wondered if you might consider a set monthly rate of around £240 (£60 per weekend).

I’d be a reasonable, reliable guest, and the arrangement could suit you if the room is often free at weekends or if you’d like guaranteed income from a long-term lodger.
