Community Charity worker looking at 2/3 bed houses
Hey.
Youth Support Worker and creative looking for 1–3 friendly, like-minded people to buddy up and find a house together. I’d love to create a home that is clean, calm and respectful; spacious enough for us all to breathe; and somewhere we can save money while still living well.
I drive, so I’m happy to help with viewings and errands.
A bit about me: I’m easy-going and sociable but also value quiet time. I work sociable daytime hours and the occasional weekends. Hobbies wise right now I’m into Djing, calisthenics, gym, roller skating and tai-chi.
My house vibe is relaxed and friendly—people who say hello in passing, are up for chatting in the kitchen and maybe share the occasional meal, while still respecting each other’s space and rhythms. Clean, mindful and tidy-ish would be spot on. Vegetarian or vegan housemates are ideal, but not essential, I do eat meat but tend not to cook it at home, not a huge deal if you do, any interest in community work, activist art or music is a bonus.
Budget isn’t a huge issue, but we’d likely be looking around £400–£600 per month before bills. I’m mainly interested in Hulme, Salford, Swinton and Eccles, but I drive and work in Wigan/Salford/Tyldesley so I’m open to other locations.
If this sounds like your kind of setup, drop me a message. :)
