Male, alone, civilised, quiet, intelligent, nice, clean. Professional background but due to some health issues on benefits seeking quiet single bedroom flat or studio in southwest outskirts of London or even beyond.

Doesn't matter how remote it is, if a train station is within 2 miles, it's fine. The quieter, the more isolated the better. A one bedroom barn would be ideal :) Need reasonable amount of space. Not a shoebox. Moving from very busy central London, where I've lived for a number of years and need quieter environment due to health. Have deposit. No shares possible, single bedroom only. I don't know what the housing allowance will be exactly so put an estimate in. Looking to move next few months.
