27M MCR, looking for something easy

Professional working in Manchester city centre, currently living at home in the North West and wanting to move back to the city. Anything short-term or flexible is great, as is longer term if the fit is right. Ideally looking for a 1-bed, but opening up to sharing if it feels like it could work.

Somewhere close-ish to Deansgate/Spinningfields for walking distance to my office, or looking at areas like Chorlton/Withington - but ultimately happy to consider anything! In the past I was in London for 7 years, living in Kennington, Brixton, and Chiswick, moved home since the start of last year, and had a brief trip to Aus/NZ recently.

As a housemate, I'm easy-going, open-minded, clean and tidy, looking for like-minded people. Sociable and always up for a beer but also happy keeping myself to myself. I'll spend most of my week in the office, and as a big football fan (Burnley STH) most weekends are with friends and family in other parts of the country so won't always be around, which makes me pretty easy to live with. An ideal flatmate would be similar to myself, sociable and spending time out and about and away from the house every now and then.
