Seeking a 1 bedroom flat, or Very large room!

Hello! I am a 45 year old professional woman, looking for a self-contained flat with separate living and sleeping areas, or a very large room.

My current space is a large double in an HMO. It is 13 feet x 21 feet, so that is what my definition of a large double is! Looking for the same or better please.

I am available to move now and have a budget of £1000. I'm looking for somewhere in the borough of Barnet including Mill Hill, Finchley, Friern, Cockfosters, Golders Green, Hendon. So I have a wide radius I’m looking at.

I have all my own furniture (including double bed and sofa) and am self-sufficient, honest and reliable. I've been renting for 25 years and have never missed a rent payment. I always look after properties extremely well. I have lovely house plants so somewhere with good light would be wonderful.

I would be interested in a flat share too, but would want to be able to put my belongings in the 'shared areas', such as my sofa, and use the areas equally to anyone else living there.

I'm afraid I’m not interested in a small room with a bed in someone else's house or a studio which seems much the same but with a microwave and sink rammed in.

I love animals and will be glad if you have any pets, although I don’t have one of my own. Happy to help with pet sitting if you go away as well.
