Hi, I’m Josh. I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home.

I’m tidy, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, and relaxing with the occasional glass of wine. I’ve previously lived in a flat share with two other housemates, so I’m very used to shared living and being considerate of others.

I work at Costa in a secure role, meaning I’m out of the house most days. I’m reliable, sociable, and happy to keep a good balance between chatting and giving people their space.
