Looking for a tidy friendly flat on Victoria line

Hi folks,

I'm new to London moving down from the North East, looking for a room near the Victoria line for my commute, my budget is around £850 with a bit of leeway.

I am tidy, clean and friendly, and I am looking for the same in potential housemates. I do like my own space from time to time as I think most people do, but I hope to be good friends with the people I am living with :)

Outside of my work I am a writer and I'm looking forward to getting involved in London's literary scene. I am a keen runner, very fond of parkrun on a saturday morning, would like to train and do a half marathon this year. I enjoy most sports to be honest and think they're a great way of making friends. Pub quizzes are good fun too!
