Hi, I’m Ron, a Creative from New Zealand, based in London for just over a year. I’m looking for a bright double room in a well-kept home with good access to London Bridge.

I work a mix of office and home days, so the space matters to me. I need somewhere quiet enough to focus during the day and comfortable enough to actually want to come home to.

I’m tidy, considerate, and pretty low-maintenance as a housemate. I care about how a home feels, not just how it looks. You can see how I styled my Auckland apartment in the photos. I cook regularly, go to the gym a few times a week, and spend a lot of time just walking the city. I love houseplants, morning markets, and a good kitchen.

I hosted 300+ Airbnb guests back in NZ with a 4.9-star rating, which probably tells you more about how I treat a shared space than anything else I could write here.

Budget: £1,200 pcm (flexible for the right place)
Move-in: 1 May
