Ready to move July | 2-3 double rooms wanted

We are two female friends looking for two double bedrooms in a friendly house share, ideally in Peckham, but we are also open to other areas in South East and East London.

We are hoping to find a home with a maximum of 3–4 bedrooms in total, as we prefer a smaller and more relaxed household. Our budget is up to £900 per room per month including bills.

One of us is a young professional who works from home, and the other is a university student studying Interior and Architectural Design. We are both clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going, and we take pride in keeping our living space tidy. We enjoy socialising from time to time but also appreciate a peaceful home environment and are considerate of others’ space and routines.

We are looking for a long-term home rather than just somewhere to stay, and would love to live with like-minded housemates who are friendly, respectful and easy to get along with.

We are looking to move as soon as possible, ideally at the beginning of July, so we’re keen to arrange viewings and secure the right place quickly.
