Wanted - Open Market Part A Property

Hello - I am a professional female seeking an Open Market Part A property to rent in Guernsey (whole property, not a room). Preferred location is St Martin's or St Andrew's close to the hospital or elsewhere on the south side of the island. Would prefer to avoid town, the Vale and St Sampson's. Non smoker and very respectful tenant who is looking for somewhere to call home for myself and my dog (well behaved, non destructive, Labrador sized dog). Seeking a long-term let.
