I'm a professional aged 36. I am looking for a double room. I'm available to move anytime and have a budget of £650pcm. I would like to share with any genders or orientations, I'm comfortable with everyone and prefer a bit of diversity among housemates I guess.

I'm in no rush to move, but looking for a place worth settling into amongst a small group of likeminded people. I work out of the house most days so won't be sat on the sofa all the time....but love coming home and cooking and sharing food sometimes and would prefer mostly tidy housemates like myself. I make/build/repair and can be useful in that way looking after the house and always want to make a more homely place to live in.
