Double room wanted

Hi,

My name is Reece, I currently live alone but my rent is due to increase and I would like to lower my expenditure, so I'm looking for a flat share.

I work full-time 9-5 and would like to live fairly centrally so I could remain within walking distance to work - which is in Spinningfields. My work pattern is hybrid, so I work from home on some days.

I am not looking for a house with lots of occupants and would prefer to live in an apartment with one other person, or potentially two if the apartment is well-spaced.

Out of work, I like the gym, sports, hiking, films and reading. I don't really drink anymore, but I still don't mind pubs or other social outings. I am happy to meet with any prospective housemates before making any arrangements to see if we get on and to answer any questions you may have.

I am able to move any time from March onwards.
